1. INTRODUCTION
When we receive your booking, we will give you the exact amount payable via email. Once you approve, you will receive an confirmation email containing your confirmation, drop-off and collection time and dates.
2. PAYMENT TERM
Payment is due at the start of the boarding term not afterwards payment details will be provided in the confirmation email.
The boarding dates include the day you drop off and the day you collect, regardless of the timings.
3. BOARDING TERMS
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if your bird(s) is collected early; we reserve the setup for the whole period.
If you fail to collect on time, we will try to contact you. Additional days will have to be paid for, charged at the standard rate. We reserve the right to offer the bird(s) after 14 days after agreed collection date for rehoming should contact not be made .
4. YOUR DUTY AND OUR LIABILITIES
We accept no liability for any bird(s) that refuses to eat, becomes sick, fatigued or passes away whilst in our care.
We request that you report your bird(s)poor health or general worries to us before booking. We perform a health check on arrival to ensure the animal's condition is suitable for our living conditions .
Please be advised that while disease testing is not required prior to boarding with us, and is not a requirement for your bird’s stay, there remains a minor risk of disease transmission. We take every precaution to prevent this risk, including the daily use of F10 disinfectant spray on cages and deep cleaning of cages and implementing measures to maintain a clean environment. We are committed to ensuring your bird’s health during their stay. However, we expect full transparency regarding your bird’s health at the time of booking. We will not be held liable for any disease transmissions, sudden illness, or death that were unknown to both us and the owner prior to the booking.
We do not accept any responsibility for items you bring whilst bird(s) stay with us e.g cages,toys,perches damaged by your parrot. Anything you do leave must be collected when your bird(s) leave at the end of there stay.
